This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions related to refund eligibility for the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed with Realtor Relay LLC. This Policy is effective for a period of 90 days from the date of execution of the Referral Agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for the sign-up fee will be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. Failure to Provide Leads

  • If Realtor Relay LLC fails to deliver any leads within 90 days from the execution of the Referral Agreement.

2. Inaccurate Lead Information

  • If a lead provided contains materially false or inaccurate information, the agent/broker will first be supplied with a replacement lead.
  • If no replacement is provided within one month, the agent/broker may request a refund.

3. Non-Exclusivity of Leads

  • If a lead provided to the agent/broker lacks primary exclusivity and has been shared with other agents/brokers within our network.

4. Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Location

  • If the agent/broker agrees to receive leads from zip codes or areas outside their preferred location, such leads will be considered part of their monthly allocation and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Reporting & Timely Notification

  • The agent/broker must report any concerns regarding lead quality, inaccuracy, or exclusivity within 48 hours of referral acceptance.
  • All concerns must be submitted in writting to support@realtorrelay.com.
  • Failure to report issues within 48 hours will result in the lead(s) being deemed satisfactory and ineligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Procedure

1. Initial Reminder

  • In the case of scenario (1) (failure to provide leads), the agent/broker must first send a written reminder to Realtor Relay LLC requesting the provision of leads.
  • If leads are not provided within one month of the reminder, the agent/broker may submit a refund request.

2. Issue Reporting & Resolution

  • For scenarios (2) through (4), the agent/broker must provide written notice and supporting evidence within 48 hours of lead acceptance.
  • Realtor Relay LLC will attempt to replace the lead(s) within one month of the report date. If replacement is not provided, a refund request may be submitted.

General Terms

  • No refunds will be processed before the completion of 90 days from the execution of the Referral Agreement.
  • Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of sign-up.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@realtorrelay.com.
  • Realtor Relay LLC reserves the right to review, validate, and approve refund claims before processing.
  • Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the circumstances described in this Policy.
  • A change of mind, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to sign the Referral Agreement/Contract does not qualify for a refund.
